1. The purpose and objectives of the competition:

1.1. The purpose of the competition is to identify the best image and color scheme for New Year's decorations for kindergarten.

1.2. Competition objectives: creation festive atmosphere and involving children and parents in creative process for the production of designer decorations for outdoor use. Identification of initiative and imagination of a creative approach to design.

2. Participants of the competition :

2.1. Teachers, students and their parents are invited to participate in the competition.

3. Organization and procedure for the competition :

3.1. Participants in the competition, before December 23, 2013, make colorful New Year’s decorations and submit them for consideration by the competition committee.

3.2. Management of the competition and summing up the results is entrusted to the commission consisting of:

3.3. The competition is held at the kindergarten level, in accordance with these regulations.

4. Requirements for competition entries
