I took a regular headband and carefully wrapped it first with a transparent bag. Then I wrapped half of the headband with a bag blue color, and the other half - turquoise. These colors, in my opinion, are very reminiscent of sea water.

Every time I go to the sea, I bring with me shells that I collect on the shore. By using glue gun I glued the shells to the finished base of the headband. In the center of the tiara I glued a large shell. I glued smaller shells from it in different directions. I added some pearl beads and glued them between the shells.
